Using the service
These terms govern use of the journey-sharing service. The service helps passengers and drivers arrange planned journeys and shared travel, subject to feature availability and account status.
Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate account information and keep sign-in details secure. Some features may require email, phone, identity, driver, or vehicle checks before they are available.
Drivers and vehicles
Drivers are responsible for accurate journey details, safe driving, legal roadworthiness, suitable insurance, licensing where required, and complying with local laws that apply to their journeys.
Passenger bookings
Passengers must request seats honestly, use booking and messaging tools responsibly, arrive as agreed where possible, and tell the driver or support if plans change or safety concerns arise.
Cost sharing
The service is for journey cost sharing between people already travelling. It must not be used to operate taxi, private-hire, or profit-making transport work unless a future regulated model is deliberately introduced.
Payments and payouts
Payments, fees, refunds, disputes, and payouts may depend on feature availability, booking status, support review, and payment provider processing. See the payment policy for current payment and payout information.
Safety and conduct
Passengers and drivers must behave safely and respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate others, submit false information, arrange unsafe journeys, interfere with security, or misuse the service.
Support and disputes
Use support channels for journey, account, payment, safety, or conduct concerns. Support decisions may affect accounts, bookings, payments, payouts, reviews, or access to features.
Suspensions and removals
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access where there are safety, fraud, misuse, payment, support, verification, or legal concerns. Action may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.
Availability and changes
Features may be unavailable, disabled, changed, or launched gradually. We may update the service and these terms as the product, safety controls, payments, support, or regional requirements evolve.
