For journey, booking, account, payment, or safety questions, contact support so the request can be tracked.

For privacy rights, data protection questions, or privacy complaints, use the privacy contact.

For business or operational questions, use the business contact.

Do not use contact or support pages for immediate emergencies. Contact local emergency services first, then report the issue when it is safe.
